In a recent media interaction, F(x) member and actress Krystal candidly addressed her involvement in an intimate scene in the forthcoming movie “Cobweb,” set to premiere on September 27. The actress, known for her versatility, shared her thoughts on this challenging aspect of her role, highlighting its importance within the context of the film.

Setting the Stage: “Cobweb”

“Cobweb” is a captivating cinematic journey back to the 70s, revolving around a film director consumed by the desire to capture a superior ending for his movie. This ambitious project boasts an impressive ensemble cast, featuring renowned actors such as Song Kang Ho, Im Soo Jung, Oh Jung Se, and Jeon Yeo Bin.

Krystal’s Role as Han Yu Rim

Krystal takes on the character of Han Yu Rim, a budding actor entangled in a complex romantic relationship with Kang Ho Se, a charismatic yet promiscuous leading actor. Reports indicate that Krystal’s character is involved in a pivotal bed scene with her on-screen boyfriend, portrayed by Oh Jung Se.

Krystal approached the controversial scene with utmost honesty and professionalism. She emphasized the scene’s necessity within the film’s narrative and revealed that the filming process was devoid of any personal discomfort.

“It was a scene in the movie (inside the movie) that was absolutely necessary. I didn’t have any issues while filming it, and I think I did well. I think Oppa helped me out a lot,” Krystal asserted confidently.

Oh Jung Se: A Collaborative Partner

Krystal went on to shower praise on her co-star, Oh Jung Se, for his invaluable support during the scene. She revealed that Oh Jung Se’s collaborative approach and quick thinking made the experience surprisingly enjoyable.

“When I would ask Oppa, ‘What do I do here?’ He would match lines with me. He is an idea bank and is full of ad-libs, so it was surprisingly fun acting with him. He is so sweet. He helped me a lot so that I could act comfortably,” Krystal expressed her gratitude.

The Anticipation Builds: “Cobweb” Premieres Soon

With Krystal’s commendable attitude and dedication to her craft, “Cobweb” is poised to captivate audiences when it premieres in theaters on September 27.
